Accounts and fair play
Keep your login credentials private and use an account you are entitled to access. Nicknames must follow the rules shown in My Account and must not impersonate other players. Do not manipulate game clients, recorded inputs, payments or services to obtain an unfair score, reward or advantage. Invalid records can be rejected or removed, and abuse can lead to restricted access.
Records and updates
Competition uses the game rules and eligibility conditions shown for each mode. A local result is not a verified ranking until the server accepts it. Maps, skills, balance and cosmetic presentation may change as the game develops. Network problems or service maintenance may interrupt play. Weekly and daily competitions follow the published reset and settlement times.
Optional purchases
The game can be played free. The Shop identifies the item, what it contains, the price and whether it uses Shards or a cash checkout. Cash prices are in US dollars unless the checkout explicitly states otherwise. Paid cosmetics do not improve combat stats. Shards are in-game currency, are not cash and cannot be withdrawn. Test-mode checkouts are labeled and do not charge real money. Only a confirmed payment grants the corresponding item.
Permanent ad removal
Ad removal is a single purchase for the signed-in account, not a subscription. It removes RIFTWAKE's game ads on devices using that account for as long as the service and account remain available. It does not remove external websites' ads, change game stats or include other Shop products. The item is not sold before game advertising is active. An approved full refund revokes the entitlement granted by that transaction.
Purchase help and refunds
If an item is missing or a charge looks incorrect, contact contact@nuvreon.com with the purchase date and order reference. Do not send card numbers, passwords or authentication codes. We can check delivery and investigate duplicate or failed transactions. Refund requests are reviewed with the payment provider and applicable consumer requirements. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Content and community
RIFTWAKE and its licensed assets remain the property of their respective rights holders. Credits identify external asset sources. Use the game respectfully, without harassment, fraudulent account activity or attempts to disrupt other players' access. Contact the team if you discover an exploit or a problem with content, a purchase or your account.
